فلتر للمياه يحقق أعلى درجات النقاء

تمكن المخترع إبراهيم حسن مصطفى بحبح من اختراع فلتر بمواصفات خاصة له قدرة كبيرة على تنقية المياه لاستخدامه أكثر من مرشح في آن واحد، وأطلق عليه المخترع اسم "فلتر بحبح المصري"، وهو مكون من 11 قطعة من البلاستيك والكاوتش يتم تركيبه للاستخدام على مواسير مياه التغذية من نصف بوصة حتى بوصة ونصف لتنقية المياه بنسبة 95%.

يقول بحبح: "الفلتر الجديد يقوم بتنقية مياه الشرب بحجز جميع الشوائب والملوثات من دهون بكتريا ورصاص وطحالب وصدأ عن طريق مصفاة من الاستالستي ل الغير قابل للصدأ بمسامات لا ترى بالعين المجردة لحجز هذه الشوائب التي يصعب مرورها، ويعقب هذه المصفاة قطعة مستديرة ملاحقة للمصفاة وبذات الاستدارة والحجم مصنوعة من الألياف الصناعية تقوم بحجز ما قد ينفذ من المصفاة من شوائب بسمك حوالي 4 مليمتر ووظيفتها تعادل وظيفة المصفاة".

يضيف: "يعقب الفلتر والمصفاة "جوان" من الفايبر مستدير الشكل يحكم المصفاة، ثم جوان آخر من المطاط وهو مانع لتسريب المياه من جسم الفلتر، ثم قطعة اسطوانية الشكل مسحوبة من الأمام على هيئة رقبة حلزونية مصنوعة من مادة الـ"بي بي سي" المخصصة لمياه الضغط العالي ووظيفتها ربط الجزء العلوي بباقي الأجزاء وتركيبها بماسورة المياه وهي حلزونية من الجزأين العلوي والسفلي".

ويتابع: "أضفت على الفلتر الجديد "شمعة" وظيفتها السماح بمرور المياه وتجميعها بعد تنقيتها ودفعها نقية للشرب، وهي عبارة عن قطعة من ال***وجرين المخصص لمياه الشرب على شكل اسطوانة قلمية مسلوبة من أعلى وذات رقبة حلزونية ومحكمة من أسفل الطبة، وبجسم تلك الشمعة ثقوب حلزونية ذات طبقات ملفوفة على الشمعة بشكل حلزوني الأولى من الشاش والثانية من القطن الطبي والثالثة من الشاش والرابعة خيوط قطنية وأخيرا جراب شديد المط به مسامات دقيقة يحكم الطبقات السابقة الملفوفة على الشمعة من الفك أو السقوط، ووظيفة هذه الطبقات هي حجز الشوائب وامتصاص الدهون وحجز الملوثات الأخرى من بكتريا وطحالب وصدأ ورصاص فتسقط المياد داخل الشمعة نقية خالية من كافة الملوثات والشوائب وتقل نسبة الأملاح من خلال دفع المياه وهذه الشمعة يتم ربطها بالجلبة العلوية عن طريق اللف الحلزوني بما يجعل الشمعة ثابتة بالفلتر متماسكة لا تتحرك".

الاختراع الجديد أيضا مزود بماسورة اسطوانية من مادة ال***وجرين أطرافها حلزونية ووظيفتها حماية الشمعة وما عليها من طبقات والربط بين الجلبة العلوية والجلبة السفلية ويمر بها المياه لفلترتها، وهي بمثابة الحوض الذي تتجمع فيه المياه، كما أن الفلتر المبتكر مزود بقطع اسطوانية الشكل مسلوبة للأسفل على هيئة رقبة حلزونية من الداخل تعرف باسم "جلبة" مصنعة من مادة الـbbc ووظيفتها السماح بمرور المياه المراد تنقيتها، فضلا عن أفيز معدني على هيئة نصف دائرة ينتهي بانحناء قائم الزاوية من الأطراف يتم تركيبه على جسم الفلتر من الخارج لتثبيته وحمايته وتركيبه في الموضع المراد تركيب الفلتر عليها.

وأخيرا أكد المخترع أنه قام بإجراء تجارب عديدة على الجهاز الجديد وأثبت كفاءته، أما القياسات الخاصة به هي الجزء العلوي والسفلي 9.5 سم، والجزء الذي يربط بينهما 6.5 سم، وله قياس آخر بذات التصميم هو الجزء العلوي والسفلي 7 سم، والجزء الذي يربط بينهما 15 سم مع تقليل الأقطار.
