النحاس: 789 يوماً أقصي رصيد للإجازات

أصدر د.صفوت النحاس رئيس الجهاز المركزي للتنظيم والإدارة قراراً برفض أي شهادات من إدارة شئون العاملين يزيد فيها رصيد الإجازات الاعتيادية علي 789 يوماً وبفرض أن الموظف لم يحصل علي أي يوم إجازة اعتيادية طوال فترة حياته الوظيفة رغم استحالة هذا الوضع واقعياً وقانونياً. . وحصول الموظف علي هذه الشهادة والتي تزيد علي هذا القدر تعتبر مخالفة للحقيقة وتستوجب المسئولية التأديبية والجنائية.
وصرح د.النحاس: أخذت هذا القرار بعد أن لاحظت أن إدارات شئون العاملين بالجهات الإدارية تقوم بتحرير شهادات إلي المحالين للمعاش ورصيد إجازات يصل إلي 2000 يوم.. ولهذا ستبدأ الإدارات بحساب رصيد الإجازات استناداً لسنوات الخدمة.. فمن قضي سنة خدمة يستحق 15 يوماً.. ولمن أمضي عشر سنوات يستحق عن كل سنة 21 يوماً أي عدد أيام الإجازات 210 أيام.. ولمن أمضي 15 سنة خدمة يستحق 30 يوماً عن كل سنة ويصبح مجموع أيام الإجازات 450 يوماً.. وعندما يتجاوز الموظف سن الخمسين وحتي سن الستين يستحق عن كل سنة 45 يوماً أي يصبح مجموع أيام الإجازات 450 يوماً.
