صرف كادر المعلمين أول يوليو

أعلن الدكتور محمود عابدين، رئيس الأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين، أن الـ 56 ألف معلم الذين خاضوا اختبارات كادر إبريل الماضى، سيبدأون فى صرف الزيادات المالية المقررة للكادر بدءا من 1 يوليو المقبل، إلا من رسب منهم.

وأشار إلى أن الدكتور يسرى الجمل وزير التربية والتعليم حدد هذا التاريخ لاستحقاق الصرف حتى يحصل المعلمون على زيادات الكادر بدءا من السنة المالية الجديدة، مما سيؤدى إلى زيادة فى علاواتهم وبدلاتهم باعتبار زيادة أساسى المرتب بعد الكادر بنسبة ( 100% إلى 150% ) حسب المستويات الوظيفية الخمسة للكادر.

وأوضح عابدين أن أموال الكادر المخصصة لمجتازى اختبار كادر إبريل موجودة بالفعل فى خزانة وزارة التربية والتعليم ضمن 3.5 مليار دولار اعتمدهم وزير المالية لصرف كادر المعلمين، غير أنه أشار إلى أن صدور قرار وزارى ببدء الصرف من 1 يوليو لا يعنى أن حصول المعلمين على أموالهم بدءا من هذا التاريخ أمر مؤكد.

وقال "لو تأخر الصرف عن هذا التاريخ لأسباب تتعلق بالمديريات ، فإن المعلمين سيحصلون على أموالهم بأثر رجعى من 1/7 فى أى شهر تالى". وأضاف عابدين أن الوزير سبق وأن قرر صرف كادر أغسطس الماضى فى 1/12/2008 لكن المديريات لم تنفذ القرار الوزارى، إلا مع نهاية شهر فبر*** الماضى نتيجة التباطؤ فى إعداد كشوف المعلمين المستحقين للتسكين على درجات الكادر الخمسة.

وأكد د. عابدين أن نتيجة كادر إبريل سيتم الإعلان عنها صباح غد السبت على الموقع الإلكترونى للأكاديمية المهنية للمعلمين، بعد اعتماد الوزير لها بنسبة نجاح 94.5% .

وأشار إلى أن باب التظلمات من النتيجة سيفتح غدا بمجرد إعلان النتيجة، مؤكدا أن الوزارة ستمنح للراسبين فى دور إبريل والمتخلفين عنه فرصة التسجيل لدخول الكادر مرة أخرى فى أغسطس المقبل، وقال "إن الأكاديمية لن تتخلى عن أحد من المعلمين الراسبين، أما الناجحون فأبشرهم بأن الدرجات الوظيفية متوفرة والأموال موجودة".
