(A) Translate into Arabic:

1. The internet connects computers around the world. It allows people to share informatio n about all sorts of subjects. Most people use the net to send e-mails.

2. The creation of a Palestinia n state that co-exists with Israel is the only means of having peace in the Middle East. All nations should back the efforts to spread peace in the Middle East.

3. During the autumn, a black cloud appear in the sky of Cairo every year. It has bad effects on health and especially on people suffering from respirator y diseases

4. The government always tries to increase production in all fields. In agricultur e, for instance, it has prepared a plan for land reclamatio n.

5. Scientists of today do their best to explore the vast distance of space to reach the planets. They also try to protect the world from severe famines.

6. In the near future, scientists will be able to solve the problem of pollution.

7. The government spares no effort to raise the standard of living of the poor classes.

8. Japan has become one of the most important seven industrial countries in the world. Japanese products are always preferred, even in the biggest industrial countries, such as America and France.

9. All nations dream of living in peace, love and co-operation with each

other. So internatio nal conference s are held every now and then.

10. A lot of people prefer the simple life of the countrysid e. They escape from the toxic fumes of cars, lorries and factories which pollute the air.

11. Television is a great invention. It is a good means of culture, knowledge and entertainm ent.

12. Going to the countrysid e is a great pleasure. People can enjoy seeing natural views and breathing fresh air.

13. The deserts of Egypt are rich in wealth and can also be cultivated . In fact, cultivatin g vast areas can solve the problem of food shortage.

14. The Egyptian government is now setting up a lot of great projects in different places all over Egypt.

15. Now, we know that there are more than seven wonders of the world.

16. The government must exert efforts to find work for unemployed people. The problem of unemployme nt is a serious one.

17. Dr El-Baz is one of the most well-known scientists in the world. He is capable of giving us informatio n about the undergroun d water in our deserts.

18. It is said that the internet is the most important invention because it enables us to communicat e with people all over the world and it gives us endless data.

19. Success in life depends on patience and hard work. Students who start studying their lessons from the beginning of the year will find no difficulty in passing their examinatio ns.

20. We always do experiment s in our school laboratory . We enjoy getting the right scientific results.

21. The pyramids are one of the world's miracles. People all over the world come to Egypt to witness them.

22. Learning English is an urgent necessity. You cannot apply for some jobs without having a good command of English. So, it is neccessary to learn it.

23. Bad road conditions and excessive speed are responsibl e for many accidents. Every day we hear about horrible accidents that take place on our roads.

24. Using new technology in agricultur e will help to reclaim our deserts and increase production .
25. Terrorism threatens the people's security and endangers the future of the national economy
