للقضاء علي الرسوب الوظيفي


القاهرة ـ من شريف جاب الله‏:‏

في إطار جهود الدولة لتحسين أوضاع موظفي الجهاز الإداري‏,‏ تقرر ترقية‏200‏ ألف موظف ممن أمضوا المدد المحددة قانونا في درجاتهم‏,‏ ولم ينتقلوا إلي الدرجات الأعلي فيما يعرف بـ الرسوب الوظيفي‏.‏

ووافقت الحكومة علي هذا الإجراء بعد تدبير الاعتمادات اللازمة لتم*** هذه الدرجات‏.‏ وصرح الدكتور صفوت النحاس رئيس الجهاز المركزي للتنظيم والإدارة بأن ترقية هذا العدد من موظفي الجهاز الإداري ستتم خلال العام المقبل‏.‏

وأضاف ـ عقب لقائه مع الدكتور أحمد نظيف رئيس مجلس الوزراء ـ أن الحكومة أقرت أيضا تطوير‏766‏ خدمة جماهيرية في مجالات‏:‏ التعليم‏,‏ والصحة‏,‏ والقوي العاملة‏,‏ والكهرباء‏ ,‏ والمحليات‏ ,‏ والإسكان‏, ‏ والبيئة في عام‏2010,‏ بما يضمن ميكنة الجانب الأكبر من هذه الخدمات‏,‏ وتبسيط خطوات تقديم الخدمات للمواطنين وبتكلفة مناسبة‏.‏

وأكد النحاس أنه ناقش مع رئيس مجلس الوزراء تطبيق برنامج شامل للقضاء علي الفساد في المحليات عن طريق الفصل بين مقدم الخدمة وطالبها‏,‏ وتقديم الخدمات المطلوبة للمواطنين عن طريق الشباك الواحد‏,‏ وميكنة الخدمة نفسها‏.‏

وعلي صعيد قضية الحد الأدني للأجور‏,‏ قال النحاس‏:‏ إن الحكومة ملتزمة بتنفيذ الحد الأدني للأجور الذي يتم الاتفاق عليه بين اتحاد العمال ومنظمات الأعمال‏.‏
